At GOLDMINE PERFORMANCE, we provide many sports training classes in our new indoor facility. Each class description explains the main features and benefits, so you know what to expect and how it helps you reach your goals.

SOCCER

Player Training | Our soccer training sessions are designed to eliminate weaknesses and build technical mastery. Focus on high-repetition ball control, advanced dribbling moves, precision passing, and rapid tactical decision-making. Led by certified coaches, we translate technique into on-field performance for immediate game impact.

Goalkeeper Training | Our goalkeeper training session focuses on enhancing the skills specific to the position, including shot-stopping, positioning, and distribution. This session typically includes warm-up drills, reflex exercises, and practice saves from various angles and distances. Additionally, we focus on communication drills, tactical awareness, and game scenario simulations. The aim is to improve agility, decision-making, and confidence, ensuring the goalkeeper is well-prepared for match situations.

SPEED & AGILITY

Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Speed & Agility | Our intermediate speed and agility training sessions are meticulously designed to boost overall athletic performance through focused and dynamic drills. Each session starts with an engaging warm-up to prepare the body for intense activity, followed by a variety of exercises that target foot speed, quickness, and agility. Participants will engage in drills that emphasize lateral movement, change of direction techniques, and acceleration, all aimed at enhancing coordination and reaction time.

We also incorporate game-like scenarios to simulate real competition, helping athletes develop the skills needed to perform under pressure. Our trainers provide personalized feedback to ensure that each athlete can refine their technique and maximize their potential. BASeball

Hitting Training | Our baseball hitting training sessions focus on essential skills for players of all levels. Each session includes a warm-up, targeted drills for stance, grip, swing mechanics, and bat speed, as well as live batting practice and situational drills. Our goal is to enhance hitting performance & build confidence at the plate for competitive play.

Pitching Training | Our pitching training sessions enhance fundamental skills for pitchers at all levels. Each session includes a warm-up, followed by targeted drills focusing on mechanics, arm strength, and accuracy for various pitch types, such as fastballs, curveballs, and change-ups. Our goal is to refine performance, increase velocity, and build confidence on the mound for competitive play.

Fielding Training | Our fielding training sessions develop essential skills for players at all levels. Each session includes a warm-up and targeted drills focusing on proper fielding technique, footwork, and glove work. We cover ground balls, pop flies, and line drives while emphasizing throwing accuracy. Our goal is to improve fielding performance, build confidence, and prepare players for competition.

Football

QB Training | Our quarterback training sessions focus on enhancing passing accuracy, decision-making, and footwork. Each session begins with warm-up and agility drills, followed by specific throwing mechanics practice at various distances. We emphasize reading defenses, recognizing routes, and making quick decisions, while also improving timing with receivers and developing leadership skills. WR Training | Our wide receiver training sessions are designed to improve skills such as route running, catching, and footwork. Each session begins with warm-up and agility drills, followed by specific exercises for catching techniques and breaking off routes. We emphasize reading defenses, timing with quarterbacks, and making quick decisions in game situations. Our goal is to enhance performance and prepare wide receivers for success on the field.

FITNESS & STRENGTH

Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Fitness & Strength | Our fitness & strength training sessions are meticulously designed to enhance overall athletic performance and cater to individuals at all levels of fitness. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for rigorous activity, followed by targeted exercises that focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Stretch & Recovery

Stretch and Recovery Classes | Our stretch and recovery sessions are designed to promote flexibility, prevent injuries, and aid in the recovery process for athletes of all levels. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up to increase blood flow to the muscles, followed by a series of targeted stretching exercises that focus on key muscle groups used in sports.

We emphasize static and dynamic stretches to enhance flexibility and range of motion while also incorporating foam rolling and myofascial release techniques to alleviate muscle tension and soreness. Additionally, we provide guidance on proper breathing techniques to enhance relaxation and recovery.

The goal of our stretch and recovery sessions is to support overall athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury, and facilitate a quicker recovery after training or competition, ensuring athletes stay in optimal condition for their next session.
