lacrosse

HerLacrosse is the fastest game on two feet. Our performance training is designed to maximize your straight-line speed, lateral quickness, and change-of-direction agility. We incorporate drills specific to middie transition, defensive slides, and dodges, ensuring you have the physical conditioning and quickness to dominate ground balls and control the pace of the entire field.
